Payment is expected at the time services are received. Please contact our office in advance to discuss any questions related to billing terms or procedure.

We accept cash, personal checks (when accompanied by proper identification), and most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Our office also accepts most major insurance plans, with the exception of traditional HMOs. Our staff is happy to help you contact the correct authority, whether it be your insurance plan's administrator or your company’s Human Resources department, to verify the exact terms of your coverage.

We extend our patients the courtesy of filing all necessary insurance forms electronically, and ask that you be prepared to pay any co-pay and/or percentage of balance at the time of service.
